Junior Plumber

We are looking for a recently qualified Junior Plumber (NVQ Level 3) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in plumbing to gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects, including domestic and commercial properties. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop your skills and progress within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
  • Support senior plumbers with tasks such as pipework, leak repairs, bathroom installations, and general plumbing maintenance.
  • Learn and apply multi-trade skills under supervision (e.g., basic tiling and minor carpentry).
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Help with installation of domestic hot water systems and plumbing works in kitchens and bathrooms.
  • Collect materials from merchants as directed.
  • Read and follow construction drawings with guidance.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and keep them informed of progress.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing.
  • Recently qualified or up to 1 year of experience (references desirable).
  • Willingness to learn and develop multi-trade skills.
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential for entry-level).
  • Own basic tools (preferred).
  • Professional, punctual, and safety-conscious.
